Refund policy

Enrollment cannot be canceled after payment. However, you can choose to enroll in a different offering, provided that its value does not exceed the amount already paid.

Abdelrahman Amr Academy undertakes to compensate a participant if they lose access to a course, session, or purchased book due to a technical error or any other issue, after confirming that the participant has successfully completed the purchase. In such cases, the purchased offering will be reopened and made available through the participant’s Academy account.
