Compensation
Abdelrahman Amr Academy undertakes to compensate a participant if they lose access to a course, session, or purchased book due to a technical error or any other issue, after confirming that the participant has successfully completed the purchase.
In such cases, the purchased offering will be reopened and made available through the participant’s Academy account.
Orders
All registration requests are subject to approval by the Academy’s management.
If a request is not accepted for any reason, you will be notified by email or through another available means of communication if no email address has been provided.
Any request submitted by you is considered an offer to purchase the services available on the website. The order will be accepted after verification of the payment, whether made through a bank or via PayPal.
We will take all reasonable measures within our capabilities to keep your order details and payment information secure.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in US dollars.
However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time or offer discounts and promotional offers for specific periods, which will be announced by the Academy.
Payment may be made through banks via our agents located around the world. You will find the agents’ details and bank account information during the payment process. You may also make payment through your PayPal account.
Payment will be verified and confirmed before access to the purchased offering is activated.
If payment is made through PayPal, a 6% tax will be added to the value of the purchased offering.
You confirm that the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the payment belongs to you.
All credit and debit card payments are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines or does not authorize the payment for any reason, the Academy shall not be responsible for any resulting delay or failure to activate the service.
Only one discount code may be used per order when promotional discounts are available. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in which more than one discount code has been used.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with these terms, even if the amount has already been charged to your credit or debit card, until all information has been verified and the activation has been completed.

Prizes

Notice
The winner will be selected through a random draw after the closing date from all eligible participants who have submitted correct answers.
The winner will be notified of the prize within several days after the winner has been verified.
Only one prize will be awarded per participant, or more depending on the Academy’s decision.
The names of the winners will be announced after the draw.
Gifts
The Academy may provide gifts to some of its customers based on their participation and interaction with the Academy.
The Academy determines the reason, value, and nature of each gift according to the customer’s level of participation and interaction.
There is no predetermined gift. The Academy reserves the right to select any gift from its available offerings or products, at its discretion.
