Protection Session

From a young age, we were programmed with the idea of daily supplications (Adhkar): there are morning and evening Adhkar that I have to recite in order to protect myself, and Allah will keep me safe throughout the day.

I’m not saying that reciting Adhkar is unimportant. On the contrary, the idea is beautiful and meaningful. However, it has been greatly simplified and reduced to a few words that we repeat in the morning and evening.

We repeat them without truly being conscious of their meaning. So naturally, we do not enter the state of protection we are expecting.

That is because Dhikr is not repetition at all.

Dhikr is the process of recalling and remembering the original vibrations of something.

For example, if I tell you right now: Remember Sheikh Al-Shaarawi.

It does not mean that you should sit there repeating:

Al-Shaarawi, Al-Shaarawi, Al-Shaarawi.

Not at all.

What each of you will naturally do is remember a situation you have in your mind, or some piece of knowledge you learned from Sheikh Al-Shaarawi. You recall the original vibrations associated with Sheikh Al-Shaarawi.

And this is exactly what Allah wants us to understand when He commands us:

“Remember Allah.”

It does not mean that you simply repeat:

Al-Hafiz, Al-Hafiz, Al-Hafiz.

As-Sami‘, As-Sami‘, As-Sami‘.

The purpose is to recall the vibrations of protection from their Original Source: Allah, Al-Hafiz (The Preserver).

And this is exactly what we practice during this session.

In The Protection Session, you enter into the vibrations and become aware of the meaning itself.

We activate and recall the vibrations of protection through the Beautiful Names of Allah associated with protection—protecting yourself, your possessions, and your relationships in that very moment.

At that point, nothing can harm you, not even the smallest thing, as we say in Egyptian Arabic.

You have entered the strongest shield and protection in this entire universe.

You are under the protection of Allah.

Approach this experience with the intention, by the power of Allah, that it will be a unique, beneficial, and enjoyable experience for you, God willing.
