The Forgiveness Course combines the features of our courses with the features of the sessions we offer on the website. The explanations are provided through videos, while the meditations are provided as audio recordings.
Seeking forgiveness (Istighfar) is a highly precise process of psychological transformation that takes you into the deepest layers of your existence, allowing you to transition into true life. After that, everything begins to change—even the way you perceive everything around you. Your perspective transforms and shifts powerfully, and everything you need is sent to you and provided for you so that you can continue building yourself with strength and ultimately enter His gardens.
Practically speaking, Istighfar is the activation of the chain of forgiveness—the largest chain of the Beautiful Names of Allah mentioned in the Qur’an.
There are seven Beautiful Names of Allah that speak about the depth of forgiveness. Each Name addresses a different dimension of Istighfar, encompassing every aspect of your life.
Of course, maghfirah (forgiveness) is not the same as pardon, purification, absolution, or repentance. Forgiveness is far deeper than we imagine or believe. It is not about erasing or removing the traces of the past. Rather, Istighfar is the foundation through which you build your future. Through forgiveness, you can shape your future with the highest possible potential.
Because we have not understood the depth and importance of Istighfar, we have confined it to the past and to merely repeating certain phrases with our mouths. As a result, we have not witnessed the wonders of forgiveness or Allah’s promises to those who seek forgiveness.
“So I said, ‘Ask forgiveness of your Lord; indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver. He will send down rain upon you in abundance, and give you increase in wealth and children, and provide you with gardens and provide you with rivers.’” (Qur’an 71:10–12)
We invite you on a one-of-a-kind journey where you will experience the beauty and magnificence of forgiveness and seeking forgiveness.

«Mr. Abdelrahman, thank you, and I would like to wish you and your family a happy new year. Thank you for everything; may Allah grant you happiness in this life and the Hereafter. I will tell you what I have reached after The Forgiveness Course: I heard words that most people would consider hurtful, but when I heard them I smiled and laughed. My daughter, who is 15, came out of her room and said to me: “This isn’t like you.” This is what I have reached through the courses I attended — I have truly changed. Even my son, who is 9, asks me before bed to play Mr. Abdelrahman’s session. To everyone who taught me even a single letter: thank you, thank you. Thanks be to Allah, Al-Ghafur Ash-Shakur (the All-Forgiving, the Most Appreciative).»
